Here's Lynn's Bus "Dixie"
Here is Lynn's cross-over tintop bay we have recently completed. It has had the full works inc- full chassis rebuild, jacking points, outriggers, cross-members etc, front arches, tubs, floors, rear arches, inner tubs, corners, trays, front panel and door repairs.
The bulk-heads have been removed so that early Porsche seats on swivel bases can be fitted.
Full inside out respray and all new rubbers fitted. Lowered 1 spline on Porsche replica alloys.
The interior has had a complete re-trim inc full headliner!
One cool looking tin-top!
This bus has been treated to new long and short side panels, new front window lips and outer arch skins, rh rear corner and bulge sections where needed. James is returning this bus to its former glory and its currently undergoing prep work for a full inside-out and underneath, original colour paint job. watch this space!
heres the bus in fresh paint. fully waxoyl injected. deluxe trim fitted to outside and all new ancillaries/ handles and seals etc. currently having a full interior fitted.
Steve's Bay
This bus is undergoing the full monty for its restoration.
It has been treated to the usual out riggers, jacking points, wheel arch's and chassis legs.
This bus has also recieved a complete new roof.Steve's bay is back from the paint shop covered in its fresh hue and has now been hit with the lowering stick.
Jo and Brians Bay
This bus has come in for a full restoration including paint.
It was fitted into a body roller and rolled over to have the underside shot blasted. Once blasted we could see all the areas that needed attention. As we stand the bus has been fitted with osr complete inner wheel tub, osr corner, osr wheel arch, osr battery tray , centre rear cross member, both rear outriggers , both rear top hat sections. Also we have repaired the os chassis leg from the front
bulk head right to the rear valence.We have now repaired all the cargo floor area , the b pillar the nsf wheel arch, wheel tub and cab floor area. Keep logging on for regular up dates as we have a long way to go on this one.
Matt's 1966 Rhd 13 Window
This bus is currently undergoing a full restoration. As you can see the van is now fully welded and
we are trial fiting all the running gear. We are doing this to enable us to make any modifications before the bus goes to paint.
Upfront it is stood on its new narrowed and lowered adjustable beam with drop spindles whilst out back its running a beetle straight axle with bear motor sport gearbox, type3 rear brakes and an adjustable spring plate set up.
Rob and Jane's Bay
This bus arrived wanting some lower body repairs, we have installed some new out riggers and jacking points, both inner sills and a rear wheel arch. It was then treated to a fresh coat of paint in its original colours of tiger green and alpine white. Whilst in the shop we have also lowered Mossy all round and installed a full set of door and window rubbers.
Dave's Splitty
This bus came to us in good condition, only requiring minor body work repairs and a full respray inside and out. As you can see this is now a stunning van.
Jenny's Bug
Came to us for a full hit, including complete new floors, heater channels, A and B pillars, brakes, suspension, wiring and paint. It left us as the stunning cream and green beetle you see above.
Kier and Auntie Jean's SO42
This bus has undergone the full monty for its restoration. It is now an absolutely stunning bus.
Mark's 1976 Bay
1976 Moonraker fully restored by ourselves; 1776 engine, original interior, lowered using "Red 9" design kit. Won second in class at Cornwall Jamboree 2006.
Tom's Samba
1963 21 window samba. Arrived as a teabag with sunshine floors, roof and sides, left in show winning condition ready for its show debut at Dubfreeze 2008.
